Designed by STOKE Architecture and built by Stone Harbor Custom Homes, the Musser Home stands as a testament to collaboration and shared vision between architect, builder, and client.

Settled on the southern edge of Fayetteville, the home was conceived to feel both grounded and open—a place where modern design meets natural beauty. Every line, window, and finish was chosen to invite light, frame the landscape, and create a sense of balance between simplicity and warmth.

“Every detail was designed to embrace light, craft, and the beauty of everyday living,” shared the team at STOKE Architecture, a sentiment that perfectly captures the essence of the project.

For Stone Harbor, the Musser Home represents what happens when design and craftsmanship come together in true partnership. From the earliest concept drawings to the last day on site, the process was defined by collaboration and respect for the vision that guided each decision.

Our team worked hand in hand with the architects and homeowners to bring every element to life—from the structural details that anchor the home to the handcrafted finishes that make each space feel unique. The result is a residence that reflects both artistry and functionality, proving that the best homes are not just built—they’re thoughtfully created through shared purpose and passion.

At Stone Harbor Custom Homes, we believe great design is not about a single idea or style. It’s about connection. It’s the connection between a homeowner’s dream and the craft that brings it to life. Between architecture and landscape. Between everyone who contributes their expertise to create something lasting.

We are deeply grateful to our clients for their trust and vision, to STOKE Architecture for their design excellence, and to the AIA Arkansas jury for recognizing this project among such inspiring work across the state.

The Musser Home reminds us why we do what we do: to build spaces that reflect both the landscape around us and the people who will call them home.
